We provide medical examinations for statutory requirements, such as ICA, MOM, foreign domestic worker, work permit and driving license checks. This includes a physical doctor consultation, blood tests, and chest X-rays (to be done at external radiology centre). 

 

In addition, we also provide pre-employment or education (university or polytechnic) examinations. Contact us to find out more.

 

Six monthly medical examination (6ME) for foreign domestic workers

You are required to send your FDW for a medical screening every 6 months upon receiving a notification letter by MOH. A physical consultation will be performed. Other tests required include:

 

• ​Syphilis, pregnancy, HIV and chest X-ray (to be done at external radiology centre)

 

Driving license application or renewal

All aged drivers renewing their driving license will need a medical examination as required by LTA. In addition, applicants for the following LTA licenses also require a medical examination:

• Taxi Driver's Vocational Licence (TDVL)

• Private Hire Car Driver's Vocational Licence (PDVL)

• Bus Driver's Vocational Licence (BDVL)

• Bus Attendant's Vocational Licence (BAVL)

• Omnibus Driver's Vocational Licence (ODVL)

 

We will perform a doctor’s consultation and visual acuity check. We will arrange for a chest X-ray (to be done at external radiology centre) to be performed if required.

 

S Pass / Permanent Residency (PR) / Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP) Application

ICA requires all applicants of the above to undergo a medical examination. Depending on the requirement, the following will be performed:

• Doctor’s consultation and HIV blood test

• Doctor’s consultation, HIV blood test and chest X-ray (to be done at external radiology centre)

 

Work permit

MOM requires all new applicants for work permit and employment passes to undergo a medical examination.

 

For new work permit applicants, we will perform: 

​

• Doctor’s consultation, urine test, pregnancy test (for females), syphilis, HIV, malaria parasite, chest X-Ray (to be done at external radiology centre)

• ECG for selected patients

 

For work permit renewals, we will perform:

​

• Doctor’s consultation and HIV blood test

• Doctor’s consultation, HIV blood test and chest X-ray (to be done at external radiology centre)

 

Pre-employment and education check up

If your company requires you to do a pre-employment check up, we will be able to assist you. We can also perform check ups required for university or polytechnic courses. 

 

We can offer various tests including but not limited to:

• ECG
